It’s all go, go, go in the Studio ROKIT studio. Which is why we’re not blogging as regularly as we’d like but jut to keeps things on a roll, here’s a look at the newest Campaign Bootcamp infographic we were commissioned to create. (and by the way, we also created their logo and branding).
Like all good infographics it’s a device to get across information that would otherwise look a bit dry in mere text form. A bunch of bullet points are fine but add a few images and some eye catching design and it becomes much more engaging. The Campaign Bootcamp infographic was designed to jazz up the Campaign Bootcamp 6 Day Plan, which is a fancy way of saying the the training camp’s itinerary. Like all of the work we’ve done for the excellent and hugely talented Johnny Chatterton (a co founder of the organisation who worked at 38 Degrees and now Sum Of Us) it had a tight budget and an even tighter timescale. Such is the way of things when you are working with very light and agile businesses and organisations. Speed is of the essence. Thankfully Studio ROKIT are pretty good on that front.
Looks wise it was a blank canvas. The Campaign Bootcamp infographic had to contain elements of the Campaign Bootcamp branding but aside from that the execution was up to us. The overall look we settled on was light hearted and a little tongue in cheek. Whilst what the Bootcamp does is serious, the way they do it is with good humour, positivity and bags of passion.
That’s pretty much all there is to say on the matter. It was great fun to do, we did it on an almost inhuman timescale and the client loved it. And a good job too, there wasn’t time to do another one! If you want to find out more about Campaign Bootcamp, visit their website.
